Bookings and Payment Policy
Planning Your Garden Room

We want your garden room project to be stress-free from start to finish. This page explains how to book your project, the deposit and payment schedule, and other important information so you know exactly what to expect. If you would like to spread the cost of your build, see our Finance option section, linked below.
How to Book

Discuss you ideas with us so we can design a garden room tailor made to your space and requirement.

Contact us via email or phone to discuss your project.

Confirm your order by paying the deposit (see below).

Once your deposit has cleared, or if you are using finance, follow the instructions provided by Ideal4Finance, we will schedule your build and order materials.

Note: Work cannot begin until the deposit has cleared, or finance is in place.

Deposit & Payment Schedule
​
At Sheri Dens Garden rooms, each garden room is designed and built to your exact requirements. Because of the bespoke nature we kindly ask for a 25% deposit at the time of confirmation. This allows us to secure your specific materials and plan efficiently, ensuring everything flows from start to finish. If using Finance through Ideal4Finance, this need to be in place prior to work commencing. We appreciate your understanding.

The rest of the payment plan is laid out below.

Deposit: 25% – payable on order confirmation.

Interim Payment: 50% – due when work commences on site.

Final Balance: 25% – due upon completion and handover of your garden room.

For garden room using finance via Ideal4Finance, monthly repayment are the responsibility of the customer and handled directly to them and we receive a full payment upfront from the finance company. Sheri Dens receives full payment upfront and is not responsible for any finance repayments or disputes.

Important Information​

Deposits are non-refundable for direct payments once materials have been ordered due to the bespoke nature of the garden rooms. For customers using finance through Ideal4Finance, the deposit and payments are handled by the finance company according to their agreement. Sheri Dens is not responsible for finance payments.

All invoices clearly show the all three installments of 25%, 50% and 25%.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, card or other agreed method.

For all garden rooms purchased without finance, ownership remains with Sheri Dens Bespoke Garden rooms LTD until the final payment has been received.
